At Reddington Construction, health and safety is central to everything we do. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for our employees, supply chain partners, clients, and the wider public.

This means taking a proactive attitude to risk, promoting safe behaviours, and ensuring that everyone returns home safely at the end of each day.

We build a strong safety culture through regular training, clear communication, and robust procedures, with a focus on continual improvement and compliance with all relevant legislation and industry best practice.
