COTTENHAM PARK ROAD, WIMBLEDON

Demolition of two existing detached dwellings and construction of two new three-storey buildings (including lower ground floors), delivering three houses and five flats with associated landscaping. This was a particularly challenging project, set on a tight, sloping site within a built-up residential area. Despite these constraints, we achieved a high-quality result with high specification finishes throughout.
