KING'S CROSS
Northdown Street, Kings Cross, involved the demolition of an existing public house and the construction of a new building comprising nine residential units above ground floor commercial space. The scheme included a substantial single-storey basement excavation, followed by a full in-house fit-out once the structure was complete and the building made watertight. This was a logistically complex project, delivered on a tight site bordered by occupied residential properties on both sides.
